  • How do I enter several gifts?

Please enter the items for each recipient, enter their address at check out and pay for each gift separately. If you have several gifts going to the same address, please contact us at CarolinasHomeGrown@gmail.com and we can discuss the best way to ship them.

  • What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat $12 shipping within the continental US (we are not yet set up to ship internationally). This will cover standard priority flat rate USPS shipping from North Carolina, our signature square craft or white box, a beautiful fabric ribbon that securely wraps your gift inside, your note that we hand write, and our time to put the gift together with an artist's eye and a HomeGrown heart. 

  • How do I personalize / write a note to the recepient?

At check out, there is a box to add a note to us (the seller). Please enter your note to your gift's recipient and sign it with the your (or the sender's) name. We will then hand write this note in a card. This gives the extra layer of personalization we seemed to have lost in our digital age. 

  • What is a typical delivery time frame?

It typically takes 3-5 business days from our receipt of your order to your recipient's home. It may take a little longer to remote areas or longer distance. You will receive tracking information upon shipping via email. We suggest allowing 1 week before the intended receipt date. You may also add a separate note in the comment box of your preferred  date.

  • How are you taking precautions for COVID 19? 

We have a studio that houses all of our products with limited human contact. We wear gloves and masks and wipe our products down with Clorox wipes as we box them up.
